The friendship between three young women develops in surprising ways over the course of nine years. We first meet Kathy, Joanne, and Mary as popular and spirited cheerleaders in the fall of 1963. Through college and after, they begin to discover how different they all really are, and their own vanities and conceits get the better of them. This wry and biting comedy was first presented by VTG in 1980.
