Due to the limited number of seats available at each performance, reservations must be pre-paid with a credit card. If you prefer to pay by check, contact the Box Office to make arrangements for mailing your payment. VTG offers an open seating policy. Seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis. For this reason, we recommend early arrival. Our Box Office opens thirty minutes prior to curtain.
A Season Ticket package is available each fall before the first show closes in November. Packages can be ordered by clicking the online purchase link above, calling our Box Office or downloading our Season Ticket Form as a PDF document and mailing it with payment to P.O. Box 184, Glen Ellyn, IL 60138.
Please keep in mind that our tickets are “e-tickets.” When you arrive at the theatre, simply provide the ticket representative your name and you will be admitted. While we welcome “walk-ins” please be aware that performances sell out in our intimate space and we accept only cash sales at the door. We strongly recommend advance reservations and require a 24-hour notice of cancellation.

The Village Theatre Guild has implemented COVID-19 protocols. While we know that most our patrons may be protected from COVID-19, the comfort and well-being of our guests, actors, and theater volunteers remains a priority. Regardless of vaccine status, patrons and VTG volunteers will be required to wear a face mask at all times while in the theatre. Patrons arriving without appropriate face covering will be provided a disposable face mask. All patrons understand that there is a risk of exposure to COVID-19 in any public place where people are present. By purchasing tickets and attending Village Theatre Guild productions patrons voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19. These safety protocols are subject to change based on the current health advisories.
We will not limit the capacity of our theatre and will continue to use the same seating plan. We have improved the air filtration in our space, enhanced cleaning procedures, and have made hand sanitizers available throughout the theatre. If you are not feeling well, are exhibiting any COVID-19 symptoms or have had or been exposed to COVID-19 in the 14 days prior to the performance you are scheduled to attend, you should not come to the performance. If you are unable to attend a performance, you are encouraged to contact the Box Office to discuss exchange and refund options.
